Return & Exchange Policy
At DASTAK, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we offer returns or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Return Timeframe
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The perfume bottle must not be damaged. Any damaged or broken bottles are not eligible for return or refund.
- If the product box is damaged, Rs. 700 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the product is returned in proper and original condition.
- If you do not like the fragrance, we will only offer an exchange, not a refund.
- Products with damaged or removed labels are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after applicable deductions.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible products returned in acceptable condition. In case of fragrance preference, an exchange will be offered for another fragrance of equal value.

within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Important Note
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was incorrect or damaged during delivery.
